Pulse Electronics Networking’s announces the release of the latest PulseJack® RJ45 range of ICM’s dedicated to supporting the Industrial Market while helping Engineers reduce processing costs by utilizing the advances in SMD with the ruggedness of THD.
The new range consists of three different style, single port RJ45 connectors with integrated transformers. They have different latch orientations and share the universal 8P/8C or 10P/8C pin configurations for supporting 100Base-TX, fast ethernet and 1000Base-T, 1Ggigabit ethernet in the same small size.

These allow for optimization of Solder Paste placement on the top side of the PCB, without interference from the underside of the component during automated insertion. They also give superior heat flow during the IR Reflow cycle, eliminating the risk of solder balls forming.
Pulse Electronics’ datasheets are available and provide full electrical and mechanical data, panel cutout details, PCB stencil Solder Pad dimensions as well as hole diameters to help optimize PCB layout and Solder Joint integrity.
